Pedro Gonçalves is a Portuguese technologist, entrepreneur, and investor with more than two decades of experience building and scaling companies across software, cybersecurity, and energy.
In 2003, he co-founded Xpand IT, a global software and consulting firm headquartered in Lisbon. As CTO, he has led its growth into an international team serving clients across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, including Airbus, Boeing, Intel, Nike, Walmart, and Audi. Xpand IT is also the incubator of the Xray and Xporter product families, now used by more than 10,000 organizations worldwide.
With Cosmosprosperity, Pedro brings that operating experience to long-term capital, backing founders and management teams who are building for the future. Away from work, he is a lifelong sportsman with a passion for a wide range of disciplines, on and off the track.
